Manchester United legend, Rio Ferdinand has singled out Sadio Mane for praise following Liverpool’s Champions League 2-0 win over Atletico Madrid.
Ferdinand said Mane was a nightmare against Atletico Madrid defenders, adding that he loves watching the Senegalese international.
Liverpool defeated Atletico Madrid at home, thanks to goals from Mane and Diogo Jota.
“Mane is just a nightmare for a defender to play against, awful,” Ferdinand said on BT Sport.
“He’s got everything in his locker. He can out-strength you, out-pace you.
“He’s got guile, quick feet, he’s got it all. I love watching him.”
Liverpool’s next match is against West Ham in the Premier League on Sunday.
