The Instagram account of Selena was later taken down in a bid to manage the situation, and according to reports she got the account back as it was up and running in minutes.

Both Selena and Justin were an on-and-off couple between 2011 and 2016, with Selena now dating Canadian singer, The Weeknd.

The pictures posted on Selena’s Instagram were that of their vacation in Bora Bora back in 2015 in the New York Daily News, which at the time prompted Bieber to admit during an interview that he felt violated.

Neither camp has released any statement concerning the current incident.
